Refunds, Returns, & Exchange Policy 

All sales are final.  We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged during shipping or if there was error in fulfilling your order.

Refunds and Exchanges:  

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date.  Upon receipt of your email, we will respond quickly and make sure your replacement is sent out.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
